With advanced 3-axis machining centres, we can handle complex geometries, tight tolerances, and high repeatability. This stage of the process is fully integrated with our in-house tooling and design operations, allowing for seamless transitions from concept to final component. Every machined part undergoes detailed inspection to guarantee dimensional accuracy and compliance with the most stringent industry standards.
The assembly process can be supported for both structural and sub-assembly requirements with an emphasis on precision, consistency and efficiency. Working from detailed build specifications, our skilled operators assemble components using a variety of fastening, bonding, and joining techniques suitable for high performance composite structures. This stage is supported by our purpose-built jigs and fixtures to ensure alignment and structural integrity.
We offer high-specification painting solutions tailored to both aesthetic and functional requirements. Our controlled paint environment and experienced paint technicians ensure consistent surface finishes, including clear coat applications for visual carbon and specialized coatings for durability and environmental resistance. The painting process is tightly integrated into our quality control framework, with detailed inspections conducted at each stage to ensure flawless finish, adhesion and compliance with customer specifications.
